Complaint about World Stores

I ordered a bed for my mum, arrived on the day it said it would, with a part missing. Called customer service that very day and I was assured the correct part will be delivered to me and I would be contacted regarding delivery time. For about five days after that I heard nothing back from them and each time I called I was told it will be dispatched on so and so day and that day came and went and nothing. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager and was assured that the part will be dispatched with two days and will be with me latest 24 August. ( bare in mind my product arrived on the 13th august 2016) To no avail off course, this time I called after waiting two weeks and been told different things each time, I requested that they pick up the product and give me my money back. Still await on that as they will pick up then product on the 30th august and I will get refunded after that. I am very nervous as to will this really be dealt with. Never again with this store my first and last time.
