it started before Xmas 2015 when they rang me asking if I would like an upgraded on my sim only contract of £10.50 they offered me the latest phone the Samsung s6 edge for £21 .00 per month for 2g of internet unlimited calls and unlimited text but it was for 2 year contract they said as i have been a customer of there's for 27 years with no problems they would offer me this so decided to except it came aparent in Jan 2016 that this was not the case thay started charging me £44.00 per month for 1g of Internet 1000 text and 500min talk time this was not they said so I rang and after be ingredients put on hold for length of time and spoke to 15 people in one phone call from different departments and different countries who all said that we have made an error and this would get rectified and a new bill would be sent out to me this did not happen after some time and many more phone calls it was still not sorted so discuss the problem one more time saying to them if this matter don't get sorted then would stop the dd until it was in February 2016 they cut me off leaving without a phone at all with in turn has now cost my business over 3500 pounds I have wrote letters with no response now we are at the end of August and still nothing is getting done I have been a long and loyal customer you would think that they would look after you very disappointed with the service I have received and will not be going back with them.
