I booked a spa break for myself and my friend for her birthday. The day was booked and an email confirmation sent to me. When I arrived at the venue with my friend I wasn't booked in and they were fully booked. I emailed Spabreaks - complaint REF: 299524 to ask for my money back, and I feel that I should be entitled to some compensation. Barry Thorn the Service Liaison Manager got back to me to say that in keeping with standard industry guidelines it will take up to 28 days to provide a response to my complaint. My whole experience with Spabreaks has been unacceptable and I feel that 28 days is too long wait for a response from the company
