Complaint about Paysafecard

I paid £200 cash in good faith for £150 and a £50 pay safe voucher, when I tried to use them it stated that vouchers had been blocked. There was no contact number on voucher and I had to go shop where purchased to get hold of them, CS had a generic answer that it's rare and something to do with my internet so they blocked them as it wasn't usual my use of them, 1 I only use them on William hill bingo which I was depositing too and 2 my husband is a network engineer no one had tried hacking my internet. I paid this amount in cash and in good faith and informed CS I don't have a bank account, she then said that they can be unblocked or reissued ( TBH she was pretty clueless and I think her script didn't cover people phoning and complaining) I've now been informed I have to have a bank account and wait a further 11 days. WHY? I didn't make them wait 7 days for my cash, I can't pay for voucher by card ONLY CASH so why is it ok for them to beach their side of the contract?
