Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello, Please be advised that about ten years ago I brought a product and have been paying 1.99 to Product support ag for the whole duration. I was not aware I was still paying this as thought it had stopped. I have only just noticed that I am still paying for this when I thought it stopped after 5 years! Please can you arrange for this payment to be stopped and any monies owed to me paid back. Many thanks, Sarah-Louise
