Booked a room through this company told them needed twin as travelling with 14 year old son , when arrived room was a double and not a twin , asked for move the hotel said there was no available rooms, I explained about my son and they said there was a bed settee in room . He slept on this and found it so uncomfortable, it spoilt his holiday as he was tired, . I took photos where the bed was separated from the other section of sofa and how he is hanging off the bed , the hotel said they didn't receive any details about my son travelling with me. This was a rare trip for myself and my son after 5 weeks in the school holidays taking care of my other disabled son full time. This trip was to thank Taylor for understanding that money is tight, aye out are practically non existent and helping with his brother
