Won't replace faulty tent pole!

Complaint about Go Outdoors

We ordered a go outdoors exclusive nadina 600 tent online 2 months ago. As avid campers, we are used to pitching both fibreglass and frame tents. On first pitch in our garden to check tent over and test pitch, one of the white poles became stuck together between the middle and leg section. After a few attempts and a couple of helpers, it was freed again and we just wrote it off as just being tight as it was new. Go away week just gone and upon putting tent down, same pole becomes stuck but in opposite leg. Again, tried with 3 grown adults pulling and it wasn't budging. Tried washing up liquid to lubricate the pole, again no luck and in the end the campsite manager took pity on us and used Mole grips to free the pole. When we got home as we had to pack away wet tent we decided to air it and quelle surprise same pole stuck but we didn't want to mess about any more so rang go outdoors. They then told us that poles aren't covered under warranty and we'd have to pay for repair! It's under 2 months old and clearly faulty as its same middle pole that's getting stuck but they won't budge! Can go don't even sell replacements so we are £600 poorer and can't even use the tent at all!!
