Complaint about British Airways

when I went to the departure gate I was told tht my seat was being moved when I sat down for the takeoff my calves went into bad cramps so I asked to be moved ba cabin crew just stared at me and the outcome was I had do stand for 8 hrs on a flight to Chicago ohare ba flight no 0297 it was terrible they treated me like a dog and it wasted my holiday when I complained to ba customer service I was told that ba can move you to a seat tht you paid for but if you were first class do you think that they would be moved to other seat no plus I was delyed and when I arrived at Chicago they dumped me like a bit of trash and it took me over 3hrs to transist the airport which wasn't enough time and I missed my flight to Memphis and you know what anybody from ba at the airport there answer to my complaint was I should have phoned ba but I couldn't get a signal and aa airlines spokesman told me this happens a lot with ba so I want compensation for the way I was treated allan
