Complaint about Yellow Buses

I use Yellow Buses in Bournemouth every day to get to and from work. The cost of my 30-day card has risen from £40 to £50 in a just over 2 years (with suggestions that this was to ensure an improved service) Now the company are heavily promoting a £9.99 7-day offer if you use their app. Personally I can't afford a smart phone of any kind (certainly not while I am paying huge increases in fares enforced by Yellow Buses) so I have to pay the inflated rate of £50 a month, rather than £39.96. Bearing in mind that I know of no other business which has been able to increase their income by 25% in such a brief period, I think it is outrageous that they are now saying they can afford to transport passengers at a much cheaper rate, provided they have the facility to use an app! That is to say nothing of how very unreliable their service is (the worst I have ever had to use in the 45 years I have been working)
