Complaint about Credit Step
Today I have checked my account to see there is a pending payment to this company. I have never used them or looked at their website. How they obtained my details is beyond me. I have not signed any agreement to pay them money. I have not authorised written or verbally for them to obtain funds. If they have done this via another organisation then surely that is by deception. I am demanding my money, in full, to be returned immediately. I am disgusted at your behaviour. Should the money not be returned within 5 working days I shall contact the FCA and the relevant Ombudsman as well as The BBC Watchdog programmes.
