Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a laptop over a year ago and bought Microsoft with it. They told me if I get product support ag it will make it cheaper and I can cancel if straight after. Tried cancelling it and no luck. A year later I'm still getting £5.50 taking every month. For a laptop. I don't think I've even used once. I want this stopped and I'd like a full refund cause by the looks of it. I'm not the only one this has happened to and feel scammed by yous.
