Complaint about Credit Perfect

I contacted the company after they took money from my account. I was told that I had consented to "two pop up screens with check boxes" as an I.T Engineer I am able to with certainty say that these boxes did at no time appear. Screen readers for the blind, ad blockers, both in use on my machine but none will trigger the keyboard to respond. Clearly the mechanism is flawed and not fit for purpose or the consent boxes dont exist. I am still awaiting my refund 4 days after the fact.
