Complaint about iSupply Energy

Isupply has been unable to offer me a final bill for the year ending 12 August 2016 and as such I am unable to change supplier. They have charged me an end of year bill 400% higher than last year and sighted unverified meter readings as a reason. I have sent photographs of the meter readings to them on 2 occasions- the 8th July 2016 and 12 August 2016 and they are still unable to give me a final amount due. Meanwhile they have increased my direct debit from $50 per month whilst moving me to a variable tariff. I made my first complaint on the 5th July and now on the 1st September this has not been addressed. I was told on the 16th August that I would have a call back within 4 working days but they never did. Thereafter I have cumulatively spent 1 hour 10 minutes speaking to their call center and thereafter their managers in the UK. How do I get out of this contract and get a final bill??
