Complaint about Vodafone

I am complaining on behalf of a friend who was mis sold deals on an I-pad and I-phone at a Vodaphone store He was informed it would be better to have his Broadband who was originally with B.T. He did so with Advisor stating it would save him £30 a month @£64 a month It was completed on the 12th of August we were given the Hub also the Passwords Hub ID etc We tried continually trying to connect Vodaphone Hub with Details, but it would not connect The shop and Advisors were contacted several times over a period of a week to try and connect We also found they put incorrect address on Contract It was obviously their mistake we could noy get any satisfaction for connection with excuses of the exchange being worked on at that time it would take 3-4 days bringing us to 18th August On that date we tried to connect still no connection? another excuse of the Hub not working or we had,nt connected properly We have had No Service yet they sent a bill for £207.36 which they demanded payment It has taken over a month to sort out and cost us over £700 in all with contract fee,s
