My niece has just signed up to your site thinking she would win herself some prizes in my iPhone I do not want to be subscribed to this and any charges you have made need to be refunded immediately as this was not authorised by me

Dear Kait, if you would like to unsubscribe from our service then you can do so by sending STOP in reply to the 5-digit shortcode you are receiving messages from, or by getting in touch via [email protected] or calling 0330 134 0183.
