virgin perpetually denies that I am the account holder

Complaint about Virgin Media

I have found it necessary to contact virgin several times in the past few weeks. I submit my name, account number and address when requested then am told the account does not exist. The original account which was in my husband's name was transferred to me several months ago after his death in February. When I attempted to log in a few minutes ago I entered my e-mail address and was told this was not recognised. I am becoming frustrated and angry with Virgin as both my husband I have been customers for many years. Would you kindly explain to me why I am receiving such appalling service and how you intend to rectify this?
