Complaint about Thomson
We booked a holiday on a Bed and Breakfast basis. 3 weeks later the holidsy price has dropped by 15.4% and we could book a new holiday with HALF BOARD instead for less than what we are being charged by Thomson for Bed and Breakfast. The bookings are identical and through the exact same way of booking. I asked Thomson to maybe upgrade our board or something as we were happy to pay what we had agreed but we are clearly not getting as much for our money as others. 4 phone calls and over 10 emails later between my wife and I, they still havent helped and have even refused to escalate the issue to a more senior member of staff.
