Complaint about BT

We have a contract with BT which is not fit for purpose. The phone at times is unusable due to bad interference, the Internet drops out meaning it is more off than on, (intermittantly) contact with my complaint to BT has been farcical as they seem not to accept that it is their fault, yet my neighbours have exactly the same fault and complained and even suggesting that I contact Openreach with my problems. I had to point out to them that as I pay my money to BT it is their problem to resolve. I believe I am right in stating that this is unacceptable trading as I pay a full amount and due to the down time of my phone and internet I am only receiving half the service. Promises by the support team are if nothing but chaotic, with promises of callbacks ignored leaving me waiting and unable to use the phone or internet just in case they do phone. Nowhere else are you expected to pay a full amount and only receive half of what you have paid for.
