Complaint about Venntro

I only ever subscribed to a trial on their dating websites, have only just checked payments and have found out I have been charged every month for over a year. Managed to get their details from credit card company Their number is 0800 033 4051 Although they can see I have not used the account they have only agreed to refund a tiny portion of what has been paid. Be warned please do not sign up to this company, I have never received any emails from them saying autorenewal had taken place.

As you were aware, cancellation is required to stop any payments leaving your account and this is agreed to when you join any of our websites. We allow all of our members to have full control over the accounts they subscribe to. You can view your renewal date, time and the cost of the renewal in the 'Site Membership' section of the site at all times...
