Complaint about Tesco Mobile

On the 29/08/16 I pay my bill, two days later my phone was disconnect. After several conversation with customer service was told to take a print out of my bank statement as prove to a Tesco store and they will verify that I have pay my bill and my service would be restored, which I did. At the store I was then told that the money I paid went to top-up. I ask how could that be possible when I've been on a monthly contract since having the my phone for the past 3 and a half years.Whilst at the store I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then the phone just went dead. Humiliated and embarrassed I had to leave the store with my phone service not restored and no logical explanation.
