Complaint about Xbox
I cancelled my son's subscription to Xbox Live when he went to university. Recently I noticed payments had started to reappear on my bank account. When I contacted them they said it was because I had not noticed that I had to turn auto renew off. They refused to refund the money that had been paid, even though they could see the account had not been used. I don't even remember seeing the option for auto renew and, anyway, if you cancel a subscription why on earth would you want to auto-renew it? What an absolute rip off.
