Complaint about Tesco Bank

I am writing to say how appalled I am at the service I am currently receiving from tesco. I am a current car insurance policy holder. I recently received a renewal notice with the details posted within my ‘portal’. I am in the process of moving home so need to amend a number of details, namely address and location of car. I went on line and logged on. Although there is an amend function, it is pretty limited, if not useless, as it allows to amend very little, telephone number/insert a promotional code. Practically useless. To change address it requests I call. So I called. 1st attempt had me on hold for over 1hour and then cut off. 2nd attempt 45 minutes, same ending 3rd attempt 40 minutes and yes, you guessed it, cut off. I emailed the customer service department - Received an act response saying I would be contacted within 2 days…… Nothing I emailed again - Same acknowledgement - Same lack of response I have emailed a 3rd time - still within the 48 hours - but yet to receive anything. I have twittered - All I receive is a quest as to has my issue been resolved yet. I say not and then nothing. My insurance has now expired and I cannot use my car. This is a shocking state of affairs Could you advise? From a very disappointed customer. Henry Burke
