Complaint about Ticket Selection

I bought 2 tickets in April to see Billy Joel on September 10th. I emailed them last week concerned I had not received them and they replied that the tickets would be posted between 7-10 days before the concert and I would be issued with a tracking number when posted. It is now the only 5 days before the concert and I still have not received a tracking number so therefore I can only assume that they haven't been posted. My problem is I am travelling from Torquay to London today so will not now be at the stated postal address. I have tried calling (voicemail says the lines are busy and to email) to explain that the postal address will have to be changed but have still had no response. I'm very worried that I have spent £189 and have no way of being able to go to the concert and that the money will have been lost..
