Complaint about Credit Perfect
Made an application with Credit Perfect, didn't complete it. Had countless emails asking me to complete my registration but ignored as I'd changed my mind. Despite my account not bring setup, Credit Perfect still went on to take £14.99 from my account. I tried to log in to my unfinished account to resolve the issue, couldn't log in as my account wasn't live?! How if my account wasn't live can they justify taking my money? Phoned up to cancel all further payments and remove my details from their system. Con artists who take advantage of people who are in a bad financial position, the company should be a shame of themselves.
