Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered a ticket for Radio 2 hyde park event on sept 11. I have not yet received tickets and have emailed twice but received no reply. The phone no is not taking calls, just redirecting to emails. The event is on sunday and I leave for London on Friday 9th so need the tickets in the next few days but cannot get hold of anyone to confirm they will arrive and am starting to wonder if I have been scammed
