Misled in relation to monthly fee

Complaint about Xercise4Less

I joint Excerise 4 less rugby gym.I spoke with Jack,he told me that if you want to use gym from 6 AM to 8:30AM than fee will be 9.99 and after that fee will be 14.99.I signed for 14.99 but later on i found that 9.99 offered was available and he gave me wrong information in order to pay 5 pound extra every months. I spoke with other staff in Gym regrading my issue and asked to switch me on 9.99 but All staff members are non coopertive. They said its non of there issue and they dont know why Jack gave wrong information or i might telling lies.I am surprised when they said Actually we are offering best customer services and you are creating problem for us by asking to switch from 14.99 to 9.99 . They insisted that its not there problem,they did not give me wrong information,it might be JACK but said they can not confirm from Jack as he is not working there, i asked them to give me customer complaint contact number/email but they said they dont have and i have to pay 14.99 for next 12 months as i signed agreement even on the basis of wrong information. i am extremely dis appointed and want to resiolve my problem but dont know how can i do that?
