Complaint about EHIC Direct

I have just been charged £69 to renew 3 EHIC cards I could have renewed for free. I wish to cancel all three applications ( ALISON HELEN AND JULIAN COOPER )and have already emailed you. I believe a Spokesman said I should be able to get at least a part refund. One application was for a disabled Person who does not understand these matters and I will be perusing this to the end if this issue is not resolved,Kind Regards, Alison Cooper

Dear Alison Cooper, as I'm sure you know, we offer a different service to NHS automated service. Not only do we check the application for omissions and errors, we also confirm the details to you in writing to avoid any mistakes occurring what so ever. For this we charge a service fee, however you always have the option of using the free NHS automated service instead if you wish.
