Complaint about IMImobile

I have been charged various extra amounts over the last few months on top of my normal phone bills. When I checked with Three network the said I had signed up to IMIMobile who have charged me £4.50 and what makes it worse I don't even get a text and I certainly didn't sign up for them. Three have refunded my £4.50 for yesterday but who knows how much I've lost over the past couple of months. With Pay as you go you cannot check on your account as they don't give billing information so I don't have any details. This is a disgrace that companies like this are getting away with this scam. I've also had this type of problem before and Three sorted that one out but I could of lost over £50 and more over the past year.
