Complaint about Supanet

Hey there, I'm sorry to Interupt you but I feel obligated to write a formal email of complaint as I feel extremely unsatisfied with the service that I am being provided. I signed up to Supernet Limited in September 2015 and I have a 2 year contract taken out with the company. Im currently paying £31.40 per month for a broadband service and my download speed is only operating at 0.80mbps!!! Even with the connective wire attached to my laptop it is only working at that same speed. The technical support advisor assured me I should have a download speed of at least 7.0mbps I spoke to the technical support 3 times in the past to address the issue and I have been sent a new filter for my wall adapted and this has yet to solve the problem. Despite the fact that every time I ring I have to wait an additional 45 minutes to even speak to an advisor. I'm extremely disappointed as I was very satisfied for the first few months with this company and I was more than happy to tell my family and friends about Supanet Limited. Now I feel massively let down and upset about the issue. (All I want to do is just watch a movie! That's it!!)
