Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I sent some flowers through Lovely Flora to arrive this Monday 5 September. The person I sent it to was not in so instead of leaving them with a neighbour, they were taken to the postal office. On receiving a card that she missed the post, she went the next day to pick it up only to find the flowers were all dead, having no water whatsoever in them and no card as to whom it was from. On tipping the flowers out, she found a card under all the paper at the bottom of the box . I tried to contact Lovely Flora but could find no number for them apart from a disconnected one. I then emailed them through their site, but have heard nothing so far. I'm really disappointed and embarrassed that my friend received dead flowers .
