Membership cancelled following online submission on the 28th April, it took a while to discover the correct way of cancelling as at the time of joining this was not provided in the contract back in the beginning of 2015. We were told it could be cancelled at anytime. Cancelled direct debit as they didn't respond to online cancellation. Received letters for Harlands, called and left several voicemails with no response ever received. Then the calls and letter from CRS called explained to them we did not owe the £189 claimed and it was cancelled, provided them with the confirmation email. They now accept at the most 30 days from cancellation of 14.99 but want 3 late fees of £25 and £68 recovery fee. I have written to tell them that I will pay the 14.99 however the recovery fees are at the fault of xcersise4less and Harlands and not our fault. CRS very aggressive and just raise their voice and make threats. How can they justify the amount and their actions for 14.99
