Terrible customer service

Complaint about A Shade Greener

I have been ringing A shade Greener since last year . Speak to Amy recently who tells me someone will call back and has not done . I'm using more electric now than when i wasn't with them . I remember the rep that ca!led at my house saying i would have to have my meter out .Now i probably know why as i'm not saving on my electric and the bills prove it and i keep daily tabs from my meter . I''m going to contact the ombudsman if some one does not call me back and sort this . If i'm not saving on my electric then i want them off my roof as i'm not making them money if i'm not saving . Think this is a scam !!
