Will not get back intouch about a fridge freezer return

Complaint about Littlewoods

Purchased a fridge freezer on 23/7/2016..The item was dinted at the top so immediately telephoned there returns department and they said someone would phone withon 3 working days to arrange the return. I heard nothing after a week and phoned them back up thet said exactly the same thing but still no one from returns has been in touch. I have telephoned a total of 5 times, been hung up on and no one seems to no what they are doing. I have written a letter to there head office and even on facebook!. Still no contact apart from an email saying the fridge freezer has not been returned to us so we must pay for it!!! I am so angry and need advice asap.. Thankyou
