Complaint about Trespass
I recently contacted trespass both via email and twitter. All I need to know is where I can purchase replacement tent poles for a 4 man trespass tunnel tent. Which we used on 1 occasion and the rear tent pole split badly causing us to abandon our trip. This tent was purchased from Argos so I know this is a 3rd party etc. But it is still a trespass tent so someone else somewhere within your company must know where and how we an get replacement poles. It would have after all been supplied to this 3rd party by yourselves so you must take some responsibility when it comes to supplying shoddy goods ti then pass of and day it has nothing to do with trespass. It was made by your company surely you can supply replacements or tell me of another 3rd party who you yourselves supply replacements to. Until we can either find said replacement or purchase another tent ( from a reputable company I may add ) we have to tell our 7 year no more camping after her bieng so upset over the 1st abandoned trip. Please don't fob me of with a sorry we can't help it's nothing to do with us. Thank you. A very disgruntled customer.
