Very poor aftersales performance

Complaint about GCL Hopkins Ltd

My parents had a bathroom refitted in January this year. On the 2nd September the runner on the shower door broke off, mother reported this that morning and an engineer came round to assess what was needed. She was told that the part would be ordered. Now one week on the part has still not arrived and I have been told hopefully it will be here today but no guarantee. In this day and age it is disgraceful to have to wait this long you would have thought a company of this standing would show more care to it's customers and paid to get this item here quicker, when I spoke to a director earlier in the week the impression I gat was that he didn't care.
