Complaint about Travelstyle

Booked on a 7 day tour to Torquay, staying at the Sherwood. A few days before the holiday I called the Sherwood hotel to advise that my husband had recently had spinal surgery, requested a room with a bath and a well ventilated room. Was assured by the hotel owner that she had reserved us a room with a bath and a sea view. Upon arrival we were given a key to room 10, a very small room, yes there was a bath but a very small room overlooking the car park, the window would not open and the room was very dirty. I returned to reception to check if there was any other room for us to move, I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that I would have to remain in there until the following day when I would be offered a more suitable room. The next morning we went down for breakfast, a full english was brought to the table, to my surprise there was a long hair on my breakfast. I called the chef over to let him know why I had not eaten my breakfast. His reply to me was not what I expected. He laughed at me and said well it is not one of mine as he had a crew cut hair style, no apology or explanation offered. After so called breakfast I returned to reception, I was shown another 3 rooms all of which were absolutely filthy. I was then shown another room which was on the lower ground floor. I accepted this room as the window opened and the bathroom was bigger, however the room it's self was very dirty. On the last day of our holiday, Friday we had returned to the room so that my husband could have a soak in the bath before evening meal. He had just got into the bath when there was a knock on our door, this was our driver advising that we had to evacuate the hotel asap, as there was leak and the fire brigade had closed the hotel. This was the last straw, we had to gather all our belongings and pack in such a rush that things were forgotten. We then had to drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and then down 2 flights of stairs to the coach, this was waiting to take us to another hotel for the night. We were taken to another hotel 3 miles from Torquay to stay for the night. Upon arrival we had to take all our luggage of the coach and into the new hotel, this alone was very hard and caused a lot of distress. I am just so disappointed in travelstyle that we have not received any kind of explanation or apology, this was a holiday that we had saved for and was looking forward to, it turned out to be the worst week ever, we feel like we have wasted what we had saved hard all year for on such a bad holiday.
