Complaint about TalkTalk

i signed up for talktalks broadband and phone service on 26/7/16,since then i have had nothing but trouble.my broadband connection keeps dropping,as soon as the phone is used the phone crackles so much we cannot continue a conversation and the broadband cuts off.i have had five engineers out to sort the problem,another engineer was supposed to visit two weeks ago but rang to say he was sick.another appointment was made for today,9/9/16, but he didnt show.the problem still remains.i rang talktalk and was on the phone for nearly 2 hours being passed around to various people.because they cannot provide me with a proper service i wanted to cancel my contract but was threatened with a large early termination fee.i feel i have given talktalk every opportunity to sort the matter,so the only option left to me is to involve OFCOM.i would like to point out that i am 75 years old and dont need this hassle in my life.
