dept paid in May still on key paying dept

Complaint about Scottish Power

For over two years I have been dealing with SP customer services . Through my own stupidity I got into dept with SP agreeing to fit key meters to settle dept. After much time spent on the phone and informing the ombasman after receiving countless bills with various account numbers with different dept amounts including some saying I was in credit in may of this year we finally agreed on a settlement figure of just shy of 600 pounds that I duly paid . Thinking everything was clear I asked for receipt of payment and a statement saying the debt was cleared and for key meters to be replaced . Fast forward to September after continuous calls im still on key meters taking debt I've q bill saying I'm in credit on electric but still in debt on gas customer service even asked if I have received the 100 pound good will payment sent , not . Im at my wits end and want what was agreed back in May with SP
