Complaint about Orange

Since April 2013 I have been billed for an extra line even though I never received a second sim and according to Orange customer service it was cancelled as requested and should never have been charged. My service user number is 751089 All I do know is that I am being charged for my phone on or after the 20th of each month which is correct. However I discovered that I was also being charged at the beginning of each month which is incorrect and needs to be refunded. A total overcharge of 34months being at least 500 pounds plus interest!! My bank has cancelled the incorrect direct debit and I would be obliged if you could cancel the offending request and agree a suitable refund ASAP. I have been given various excuses including a complaints email address that never responds - [email protected] thanking you in anticipation. regards Janice Rayment.
