Complaint about Prizehook

I accidentally entered a prize competition without out realising, so after I had the time I decided to call them to end the subscription, I was told it would be resolved at the end of the working day but it was not, they are still withdrawing money from my phone and entering me into prize draws when I no longer wishes to be a part of them, they are now essentially robbing me, I am deeply disgusted by their business and wish for them to stop this unethical and cruel practice and end my subscription, they are stealing.
