Complaint about myHermes
I ordered a jug and bowl through Ebay and had it delivered through My Hermes, it arrived this morning in pieces. The seller packaged it very well and when the courier collected it this is what she said to him "we packaged it up really well. I asked the delivery driver if I should put fragile written on the box and he said no, laughed at me and said it would make it worse", so they find it funny to throw people's things around and have it delivered in pieces. They do not compensate for this even though it is their fault. The person I spoke to did not care and was so unhelpful, he didn't even offer to refund the postage of £7. I have been looking for month's for this item and now I have to start all over again and may never find it.
