Complaint about Hotpoint
I have an unsafe tumble dryer. This was reported to the company when it was only six months old. I asked for a replacement but was told that I could not have one. A further six months have gone by. My options, so far as I can see are;- 1. To be deprived of its use for what I considerate be an unacceptable period of time. 2. Use an appliance which, although Hotpoint say is safe, many other professionals, fire officers etc, think otherwise. The only response that I have had from Hotpoint is to inform me that I will be given a date when repair might take place sometime in October.
