Complaint about Ticket Selection

Bought Billy Joel tickets from Ticket Selection last December, concert on Saturday 10th September. Had to travel to London on Friday 9th September for a family occasion. No tickets had arrived. When phoning the company it is an answering machine telling you to email. The email reply was that a tracker number would be given when the tickets were despatched but never received this number. Now back home and tickets were delivered by special delivery on Saturday, the day of the concert. Why leave delivery this late? We live hundreds of miles from London. £160 poorer but heartbroken over missing the concert. Please, please warn others.

Hi Brian, The tracking number was sent to the email address provided at time of booking on 09/09/2016 at 2.56pm We can only post out tickets once we have received them from suppliers/event promoters which is why we state in our Terms & conditions, tickets can be received up until the day of the event.

If you had provided us with an alternative shipping address i.e. Hotel etc. Then we would have happily shipped your tickets there. Kind Regards Ticket Selection
