In april 2016 I discovered I had accidentally switch on 4G on our new phone. After several calls Orange agreed to credit my account and refund the balance. On 16 July Orange said the amount would be in my Bank account in August. Invoice that arrived stated balance will be carried forward. Based on my normal usage this will take 3-4 years to reduce to nil. On 30 August EE/ Orange stated a refund would be in my account by 8 September. Nothing received to date. Orange /EE have so far broken every promise made in the number of calls made. They have disconnected me, hung up on me , blamed system faults and are clearly not prepared to refund the £196 credit on my account. They clearly need a push from someone in authority.
