Complaint about APC Overnight

I used the company web site to rearrange a delivery for Monday 12 September. A friend was able to be in between 0900 hrs and midday. I took the afternoon off work, losing 3 hours pay but no one turned up. I had given them my mobile number as requested but no one rang or texted to say they would not be delivering the parcel. The web site is completely useless. I tried to ring the 0800 number and the Swindon number. No one answered. My email was sent to an old email address so I had to redo the email to another person. It is upsetting and humiliating to be treated so badly.
