Being charged after cancelling subscription

Complaint about Venntro

Went on site last year, it was rubbish and cancelled subscription, then months later they start taking payments again, I only noticed when they put my account in the red !! Worst experience ever stay away from the dating sites they run, going to report card as lost to stop them, very dissapointing !!
