Product support AG complaint

Complaint about Currys PC World

I recently purchased a laptop (3 months ago) and signed up for the product support AG insurance for my laptop which has been charging me monthly. I was told by the person who sold me the laptop that I would be able to cancel this via online banking as it would appear in my direct debits. This is not the case at all as this payment is not coming up in my direct debits. I wish to cancel this immediately and also have an explanation as to why I was lied to?
