Complaint about Shurgard Self-Storage

I contact Norbury shurgard in july and spoke to a office on the counter and asked more details how to get a unit as I would be moving soon . She asked me to make a payment of £71. and when am ready I can move in anytime . She later calculated the unit price of £199 . so I said I cant afford it , so she tranfered me to Purley way shurguard which she said is more moderate than norbury . Month later I got a bill from Manager that I should make another payment wheres I have not moved my stuff in neither have I got access from them. I went there that am ready to move in September and now signed and got the unit . I moved in with all 3 keys handed to me . Now the manager said the £71 pounds is non refundable and demanding more money for August and now issue me with threats that my unit have be cancelled and that I should pay with vat and administration fee
