Complaint about Gourmet Society

I called the Gourmet Society hotline 10 months ago and instructed them to disable auto-renewal of my account. I was told this would be done. Today I received a phone call and two emails from them. The first email was a 'reminder email' (received today, 13/9/2015) telling me I need to cancel my account two days before the expiry date (2/9/2016). This email was followed by a phone call and subsequent email demanding payment. By only sending the reminder email after the cancellation deadline, and following this email with multiple, aggressive demands for payment, I believe the Gourmet Society has acted in bad faith. I no longer live at the address they have listed for me, and have received no correspondence by post from the Gourmet Society in the last 10 months. I have since closed the credit card they previously charged, so they are not automatically able to process payment The behaviour of your company has been deceptive, and borderline fraudulent. They are attempting to pressure me into paying for a service I haven't received and don't want.
