A payment arrangement that I did not agree to

Complaint about Ross and Roberts

I had a letter saying that I had not maintained my arrangement to pay £20 every 7 days, I however did NOT agree to this arrangement so I called them to discuss my issue. The customer advisor was rude and ignorant, he didn't want to listen to my query, he simply kept on asking how much I was paying which angered me. He then hung up and the issue wasn't resolved. I tried calling back several times straight after this phone call but as soon as I told them my reference they would say "it's a bad line, I can't hear you" then proceed to hang up.... again and again. I am livid and want this issue resolved but without being able to communicate with anyone there it seems impossible. Thanks for your time and efforts. Lee
